Simple from the start

From idea to installed.

Four steps from the first conversation to a freshwater aquarium your team knows how to look after. Every space is different, so the plan starts with how the room is used.

01

Talk it through

Every project starts with a conversation about how the room is used, who sees it, the look you want and how much ongoing care makes sense for your team. There's no one-size-fits-all price list; we talk through a budget range that fits.

02

Design the setup

Together we choose the format (on a stand, planted or built in), the tank size, live or artificial plants, a compatible group of fish and dependable equipment sized for the system.

03

Install thoughtfully

Before setup day we confirm floor capacity, power and electrical protection, a realistic route for maintenance and how to keep spills away from anything that matters. Then the system is installed with those details already settled.

04

Learn the routine

You get a plain handover: feeding, quick daily checks, what to look out for and the maintenance schedule the system needs. We'll also talk about a backup person for when the office is closed.

The smart-system approach

Less fuss. More fish-watching.

Systems are designed around dependable equipment and straightforward routines. Automation can handle some repetitive tasks, while a sensible stocking plan and easy-to-access equipment help keep maintenance manageable.

  • Timers and smart plugs for consistent lighting schedules
  • Appropriately sized filtration and easy-access equipment
  • Live plants or attractive artificial plants, based on your goals
  • A compatible clean-up crew where appropriate
  • Clear guidance for feeding, checks and ongoing care

What stays on your list: fish still need feeding, water quality checks, filter care and regular water changes. A clean-up crew can help with leftover food and some algae, but it can't replace cleaning. You'll get a clear schedule, and we'll plan a backup person for when the office is closed.
